Mobile Notary vs Video Call — Which One Do You Need?
For most POAs and notarized documents, the video call (notarization via video call) route is faster, cheaper, and equally valid — no travel required for anyone. Request a Mobile Notary when: in-person presence is legally required for the specific document type; the principal cannot physically operate a device for a video call; or multiple parties must sign simultaneously in the same room.
