Does the agent need to be present?

Canceling POAs Issued Abroad
If your POA was issued outside the UAE but is being used here, it cannot be directly deleted from the Dubai Courts system. Instead, we serve a legally binding Notarial Notice to the agent and relevant UAE entities (like banks or the Land Department) prohibiting them from accepting the document.
