Technical Requirements for the Video Call Session
- A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working front-facing camera.
- A stable internet connection — Wi-Fi is preferred. Mobile data works but weak signal causes session interruptions.
- Original passport or Emirates ID physically in hand during the session — the notary will request you to show it to the camera.
- A quiet, well-lit environment — the notary must be able to clearly see your face and your identity document.
- Access to the session link we send you — usually accessed through a browser, no app download required.
After the Session — How You Receive Your Document
Once the video call session is completed, the notary registers the document in the Dubai Courts or UAE Ministry of Justice system and issues the official notarized copy. This is delivered to you digitally — typically as a PDF bearing the official stamp and registration number. You receive it on WhatsApp. The document is immediately valid and can be presented to banks, government authorities, land departments, or any other institution requiring a notarized POA.
