WhatsApp, Email, and SMS Are Not Valid Notice Delivery
UAE courts do not accept WhatsApp messages, emails, or SMS as proof of legal notice delivery for eviction proceedings, debt recovery, or contract termination. These channels may serve as supporting evidence for the existence of a dispute — but they do not start the legal clock and they cannot replace a Tableegh-served notice. Using WhatsApp to 'notify' a tenant or debtor and then filing at RDC or court will result in case rejection at the first stage.

What the Tableegh Document Looks Like
A Tableegh is not just a letter. It is an official court document bearing the Dubai Courts stamp, a unique reference number, and a certified delivery record. The delivery officer's report is attached, confirming the date, time, address visited, and the outcome — whether the notice was accepted, the recipient was absent, or delivery was refused. This official record is what courts and government bodies require as proof of service.
